Marginz Online Accounting - Tools Module
The Tools module consists of
10
functions that allow you to set up and control department, currencies, tax codes
and enable you to complete the month end and year end procedures.

Month End |
| The month end is
a tool that automatically calculates and posts accruals, prepayments and
depreciation based on the information entered in the nominal ledger module. |

Year End |
| The year end
rolls forward to the next year bringing forward all balance sheet account
totals and any outstanding customer and supplier transactions. |

Files Uploaded |
| Files uploaded
allows you to view any files that have been uploaded onto the site. |

Upload Files |
| Upload files
allows you to upload any file onto the site for other users to have access
to. |

Tax Code |
| Tax code allows
you to view, edit or delete previously entered tax codes. |

code allows you to enter new tax codes for use throughout the system. |

allows you to search then view, edit or delete any department that has been
