Marginz Online Accounting - Nominal Ledger Module
The Nominal Ledger module consists of 11
functions that enable you to enter journals, prepayments, accruals and much
more.

Find Transactions |
| Find transactions
allows you to search for any transactions relating to your customers. You
initiate a search by completing various search criteria. You can also
determine what information you want displayed and how it is sorted. You also
have the option to output the results in HTML, tab delimited or CSV excel
format. |

Make Journal

entry allows you to enter journals into the system and give you a running
balance to make sure that the journal balances. |

Chart of Accounts |
| The chart of
accounts allows you to view, edit and delete nominal codes. |

| Accruals allows
you to view, edit and delete accruals that have been set up through the
enter new accrual function. |

allows you to set up accruals. The month end will automatically calculate the monthly
accrual charge based on the information entered here. |

Accounts Types |
| The account type
allows you to search for a specific account type. The chart of accounts is
divided into 2 account groups Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss, these are
then divided into account types such as fixed assets, debtors, sales, motor
expenses. You can then edit the account types to suit your business needs. |

Account Types |
| The enter new
account type allows you to create your own account types to suit your
business requirements. |

Reports |
| There are various
reports available in the nominal ledger module. These can be viewed, edited or
deleted. The system also enables you to create a report from scratch to suit
your own requirements. Reports can be printed or emailed. |
