Marginz Online Accounting - Financials Module
The Financials module consists of
5
functions that enable you to view the audit trail and the trial balance and produce your
businesses VAT return.

Audit Trail |
| The audit trail
allows you to search for any transaction. You can then view, edit or delete
the transaction. The audit trail also keeps a complete record of all edits
and deletions |

Trial Balance |
| You can produce a
trial balance from any date range. The trial balance can also be output into
HTML, Tab delimited or CSV excel. |

|
Generate VAT
Report |
| The generate VAT
report function will automatically calculate your VAT quarter dates. You can
then produce a complete VAT return with the additional function of being
able to drill down on the figures to see which transactions are included in
the return. |

Find Past VAT
Reports |
| This allows you
to search for previously reconciled VAT returns which you can then view, or
delete. |

| There are various
reports available to the financials module. These can be viewed, edited or
deleted. The system also enables you to create a report from scratch to suit
your own requirements. Reports can be printed or emailed. |
