Marginz Online Accounting - Customers and Sales Module

The Customers and Sales module consists of 10 functions that enable you to enter and control all the transactions relating to customers.

Batch Invoicing
Batch invoicing allows you to enter multiple sales invoices. You can edit and delete transactions as you go. You can add and amend customer accounts, departments, products and tax codes without leaving the screen.

 

Batch Credit Notes
Batch credit notes allows you to enter multiple sales credit notes. You can edit and delete transactions as you go. You can add and amend customer accounts, departments, products and tax codes without leaving the screen.

 

Aged Transactions
Aged transactions will give you a list of customers with their balances divided into 0-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days and older depending on the information requested by you within the search criteria. You can drill down on the figures to see which transactions make up the balances.

 

List Customers
List customers will search for specific customers based on the selections you make within the search criteria fields. A list of customers and their outstanding balance will be displayed where you will have the option to edit the customers record.

 

Enter New Customer
Enter a new customer allows you to add customer records and store all their details. Enter a new customer can also be accessed through the batch invoicing and batch credit note functions.

 

List Contacts
List contacts allows you to search for customer contacts using various search criteria. The results will be displayed in a list and will give you the option to edit a contacts records.

 

Enter New Contact
Enter new contacts allows you to add contacts to your customer records. You can store office phone number, mobile number, email address and much more.

 

Find Transactions
Find transactions allows you to search for any transactions relating to your customers. You initiate a search by completing various search criteria. You can also determine what information you want displayed and how it is sorted. You also have the option to output the results in HTML, tab delimited or CSV excel format.

Reports
There are various reports available to the customers module. These can be viewed, edited or deleted. The system also enables you to create a report from scratch to suit your own requirements. Reports can be printed or emailed.

Statements
This enables you to produce customer statements with remittance advice. You can edit the format, choose any date range, print as a batch or individually or email.
