After subscribing to our application we will issue you with your secure login details for your specific back end facility by email.

General

We do not anticipate that you will experience any problems using our facility, but should you wish to contact us we have provided a simple to use contact page, where you can send us your questions, comments or technical queries to support@marginz.com

Support is available Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00. We will endeavour to respond to you within a reasonable time frame.

We will provide you with an automatic link from your website to the functional areas which will contain your organisations branding and image. Your client will not be aware of the service provided by Marginz running in the background.

Technical Support

Marginz technical support administrators are extremely knowledgeable about our products. Because we know that productivity is the main concern of you and your clients, our staff are dedicated to providing you with a variety of technical support options to assist you to quickly resolve technical issues related to our products. We  even have a live chat support line for real-time communications with our technicians.

Updates and Documents

Marginz products will automatically be updated periodically at our option and electronic versions of the User Guide, Help Files and other Documentation are available from our online Help facility.
